The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) is the public institution responsible for protecting consumer rights in Romania.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
According to Government Ordinance 38/2015 regarding alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders, you have the option to appeal to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a method of resolving disputes without resorting to court, being a faster and less costly option.
